Another Serb

Hi everyone!

I am a Serb from Belgrade. I am 33, work as a high school teacher (I teach religious education), practice aikido, and hang about on the net...

I heard about this site and a forum when i saw a clip on the YouTube (which has now, sadly, been removed) about Kosovo. I was deeply moved, and the main reason for me to join this forum is to thank all of you JTF guys for your support. It is great to know that there are people out there who support you, especially in a moment hard as this...

Things that guy from the clip said about friendship between us Serbs and the Hebrews that reaches a long way back reminded me of the stories my grandparents and my father told me about the WW2 - during which my family kept hidden an entire Jewish family in their basement in Balkanska street in the center of Belgrade (I don't meen to brag about it, neither did they, since they haven't been the only ones who hid their neighbours - far from it, they were one of the many)...

I only wanted to say that I am very glad that there are still people who remember...

Again, a big THANK YOU from me and all my friends that saw this clip that I mentioned.
