There is a protein bar by a gentleman named Jay Robb, whose bar bare his name.  Very good and virtually all natural.  Best of all, no soy protein in it, a no-no for men.

The metrx apple protein Bar is Quite good. The Labrada cookie twist protein bar is even Better. Also worth trying is the Supreme Protein carb conscious bar.

apparently there is some issue with soy and men - and the issue has the word oestrogen in it, but I once read somewhere that it depends on the treatment of the soy bean. 
so many sites praise soy for its benefits, for men too.
