This place is like 20-30 from where I am. What a drek-hole!  This kid and his family better save their food stamps! This stupid kid, hit cars with people in them, so of course law suits there, and other property damage.  All this kid had was an attitude. Do these people ever learn? :(

The main-problem is that the people, those property is damaged, will never see money.

Because I guess, that this boy is living on welfare.

Why is the grandmother raising the boy? Typical welfare people.  >:(

Not likely. The kid must've had a bad family.
