I love soup, all sorts of soups, what are some of your favorite yet health soups?

1 can of red beans
1 can of black bean
V8 mixed with chicken broth (to taste)
1 diced potato
2 sliced or chopped stalks of celery
1 can mixed vegetables

Well, I don't know how healthy it is with the salty broth, but it does taste pretty good.

this is the best i agree Russians cook the best soups. not like Mexicans in American restaurants who just simply drop some vegetables in and mix it around boiling them.
