The jewish participants are never very religious..

There was a rabbi - naftali brawer - who used to write articles in a british paper called "the jewish chronicle".  He had a position against a reform minister and they would both answer a reader.
He had this proper beard and he peppered his article with torah references.
Suddenly he vanished from that column, got involved in jewish-muslim dialogue, and shaved most of his beard off.   Interesting how when he got involved in that, he seems to have decided that he couldn't justify it while being very religious. 

The sane jews, and very very frum charedi type jews, don't get involved with this nonsense.

Notice that the muslim participant is in full islammic garb.  A male jewish participant is never going to be. Never going to have a big beard and kippa.

Why are only 3 faiths represented?

The quran refers to jews christians and muslims.

No Bahai (they came after islam and have some explicit beliefs about islam that muslims would not accept).

I don't have such a problem with dialogue on an individual level - though one is training the muslim by doing so. But these people organise group dialogues. The only purpose is to brainwash people into thinking all religions are peaceful, islam like christianity like judaism. It works well for muslims.
