"I was Tried by the Inquisition"

"I was tried by the inquisition, and not by the court of justice", former leader of the Republic of Srpska Krajina in Croatia, Milan Martic, said at the beginning of his address to the Hague tribunal's appellation board headed by Fausto Pocar.

"It was hard to figure out who was the prosecutor and who were the judges", Martic said.

Judge Bakone Moloto shocked everyone by saying Croatia Serbs should have collectively moved out of Krajina in Croatia, leaving their homes, property and land they have inhabited for centuries, to spare Croats the trouble of having to ethnically cleanse them. He asked Martic: "Why didn't you move out to Serbia on your own? They would have recognized you there as a nation and in that way you would have spared both the Croats and yourselves the trouble", to which Martic responded in disbelief that both Croat fuhrer Pavelic and his successor Franjo Tudjman would have envied this "judge".

Martic said he expected the just trial, but that he was terribly wrong, since the council of judges that tried him "took the page from Dante's Divine Comedy and applied the principle 'Abandon all hope, ye who enter here'". He said he believed that tribunal will determine the truth that Croat Serbs were not "aggressors", but were only defending themselves. Instead, the tribunal had placed on trial his persecuted and expelled people.

The indication of this perversion of justice epitomized by the Hague tribunal, where the victim is treated as a culprit, while the pogrom perpetrators receive understanding and compassion, came early on, during purging of Croatia, which is now an ethnically pure state.

"After the aggression on Maslenica ended, when Croat army killed some 500 Serbs, destroyed dozens of villages and expelled the survivors, I pointed to the information that Germany and France have given the green light to Croat leadership to attack us, that the UN Security Council reacted in favor of Croatia, instead of condemning these acts, while the media launched a propaganda assault, claiming that Serbs are the 'aggressors'. Taumberie (sp?) [deputy of the UN peacekeeping forces in Croatia] responded that he can't pretend that the international community is objective when it comes to the events in Croatia", Martic said.

Pure Fascist State in the Heart of Europe

He emphasized that only on the territory of Republic of Srpska Krajina during the UN mandate, 7,000 Serbs were killed and that the RSK government was trying to protect the Serbian Krajina population. He also reminded the council that during two of the Croat state pogroms -- operations "Flash" and "Storm" -- more than 300,000 Serbs were expelled from Croatia.

"During the UN [peacekeeping] mandate, Croat state carried out five classical pogroms, all of which have the characteristics of genocide: planning, intention and execution. This is how, aided by the international community, a pure fascist state was created in the heart of Europe. The Serbs had their property stolen, destroyed and plundered. Even 50 of the returnees were killed, crimes for which no one has ever faced justice in Croatia," Martic said.

He noted the terrifying fact that both Hague's prosecution and defense in the trial against Tudjman's generals Gotovina, Markaca and Cermak, agree that the "Storm" was "a legitimate action", even though it was clearly, in all the aspects, a genocidal operation.

When Martic said that the main "cultural event" in Croatia today are the concerts of Croat neo-Nazi Marko Perkovic Thompson who glorifies Ustasha horrors, where the Croat leaders and government members are regular guests, he was interrupted by Pocar and told that his ten minutes are out.

"Fine, but that same Croatia is now at the doorsteps of the European Union. May you be happy together!", Martic ended his testimony.

That from a judge?  He sits there and justifies ethnic cleansing to one of its victims?  That's the Hague for you.

Shame on you Western Europe for tolerating this kind of behavior against the Serbs who saved the Western civilization during the expansion of the Ottomanic Empire.

The Krajina Serbs were main responsible for the prevent of the Turkish expansion to the West - because they were located on very important strategic areas. They lived between two powerful empires, the Austro-Hungarian kingdom and the Turkish empire.
Krajina was a mountainous area and it’s people were willing to strongly protect their soil against invaders. That’s why is was hard and difficult to  conquer Krajina. Krajina means military district/ frontier. It was the military frontier between the Austro-Hungarian kingdom and the Turkish empire.
Turkish goal was to conquer whole Europe.
In order to achieve that they must first control the Serbs in Serbia and Krajina.
The Turks acknowledged many times that they had the most problems with Serbs, especially with those from Krajina. Because Krajina was such an important factor which protected  the Austro-Hungarian borders, the Krajina Serbs were rewarded by Austrian emperors with political rights. Those Serbs gained a certain amount of self-governance in Krajina, which was in that time a part of the Austro-Hungarian kingdom. The Krajina Serbs were known as dangerous fighters and no army was happy to pass through their territory.

You see, we the Krajina Serbs had political rights in Krajina in the 15/16 and 17 century. Tthe Croats were a very small nation, in those days, and did not have any political rights. Conclusion: Krajina Serbs are politically older than the Croats in Krajina/ Croatia.

Period of 1941 to 1945

During the second world war a huge number of Krajina Serbs, who lived on the territories of Krajina, Croatia and Bosnia and Hercegovina, were exterminated in Nazi Croatian concentration camps. About 800.000 Krajina Serbs were murdered in WW2. It were the Krajina Serbs who have organized the first anti-Fascist resistance, after Ante Pavelic had declared the “I. S of Croatia”. The Serbs from Croatia and Krajina organized the anti-Fascist actions in Croatia and Bosnia. 90% of the Croats and Muslims supported the Nazi authorities, who had occupied Royal Yugoslavia.

After WW2 the anti-Serbian communists had placed the Krajina Serbs (allies/victims) in the same federal unit with the Croats (Nazis/ perpetrators). The socialist republic of Croatia was establish as a federal unit of the Yugoslavian federation. Naïve Serbian-communists who thought that the Yugoslavian federation would exist forever allowed the creation of this Croatian federal unit. The Serbs set only one condition to the Croats – that the authorities of the Republic of Croatia cannot cut off the state connections between the Serbs of Krajina with the Serbs in other federal units of Yugoslavia.

In the year of 1990, the new Croatian government of Franjo Tudjman had converted the bi-national S. R of Croatia into a one-nation state. The Krajina Serbs could not agree with this kind of policy and this was the occasion for civil war in Croatia. In the year of 1995, with the military support coming from the NATO nations, the Croats had collectively banished the Krajina Serbs from Krajina and Croatia. This was the biggest ethnic of cleansing in Europe after WW2.

Western Europe is committing serious crimes in front of G-d and history against the Serbs.

It is a lie that Ratko Mladic, the general of the army of the Bosnian Serbs, had killed 8000 Muslim males!

Maybe the other 60% was captured and killed. Some of those who were captured and killed had committed war crime against the Serbs. So a very small number of innocent Muslim males was killed in Srebrenica. I agree innocent people must not be killed!
