Burger patties of at least 22% fat (it helps them hold together and functions as a lubricant on the grill--not to matter that I like 'em greasy and juicy ;-))

Only 100% real cheddar slices (I wouldn't even wish American "cheese" on a Muslim)

Ribs

Fajita steaks/carne asada

Pretty much any other kind of meat you can think of!  O0

I like big steaks only with some oil, salt and pepper, ciabatta bread and Ketchup.

Dry but fruity Bordeaux red-wine is perfectly in line with it.  O0 O0 O0

But be careful - if you eat and drink too much of it, you can't sleep the whole night, because this is very heavy.  ;D

Yes I love it. The bread has to be outside cross and inside soft, but not too humid.  :P

Substitute Peter Luger steak sauce for ketchup and a good Burgundy for the Bordeaux and I'm with you all the way.  O0

But you are correct.  This is not a meal that I would eat more than once every month or two.
