Mint leaves are very tasty
The British season their lamb-roast with it. I will try it next time.
I've never had lamb. I don't even think the grocery store carries it. I would like to try it one day though.
Here in my area a lot of people have sheeps and of course little lambs on the range. We have a store only for sheep/lamb meet and cheese in the town.
Lamb is very delicate. I roast it usually with rosemary, sea-salt and pepper. But it is not cheap
American Hero, you have to roast the lamb like I did and the most important thing: You have to eat it hot. If it is cold it taste tallowly.
But hot it is a dream. Eat it with green beans and young potatoes.
