I love to eat it in a similar way.

I take instead of curry black pepper and instead of mint leaves red onions.

But I will try your recipe next time.  :)

I like tumeric (Kurkuma) too.    Saffron  (Safran) is very expensive, because Saffron is only the Stamnia of a special flower which is growing in the mountains of i.e. Switzerland.

So I take tumeric to replace Saffron. It is also very tasty and the dish becomes yellow from it. Sometimes I take it for stewed chicken. :P

This is close to bruccetta and you put a clump of it on grilled toast.

I dice plum red tomatos
Extra virgin olive oil teaspoon
balsamic vinegar teaspoon amount
dash of salt and black pepper
and diced mint blend well and on the toast nice mini lunch for the summer.

I like to put tomato wedges in a bowl with some chopped fresh basil, then add some shaved parmasean cheese and dress it with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and salt and fresh cracked pepper.

I've never had lamb. I don't even think the grocery store carries it. I would like to try it one day though.

Here in my area a lot of people have sheeps and of course little lambs on the range. We have a store only for sheep/lamb meet and cheese in the town.

Lamb is very delicate. I roast it usually with    rosemary, sea-salt and pepper. But it is not cheap  :(

American Hero, you have to roast the lamb like I did and the most important thing: You have to eat it hot. If it is cold it taste tallowly.

But hot it is a dream. Eat it with green beans and young potatoes.  O0
