Help with profile from administrator please...

My apologize for putting this here but I could not find any where else to post a message to an administrator. I have been unable to upload an image for my avatar. Is there a required file size or format? I select the file on my local computer to upload and click change profile and it does not upload.

I feel that I am unable to express myself to my fullest potential without being able to place my own picture in there and it has been causing me considerable emotional stress and mental anguish.

You need to click "forum information profile" on the left hand side of the screen, and from there, click "browse" to upload an image from you hard drive, or from a website.

Thanks Lisa. I have tried that many many times. I select the file and the screen refreshes but it does not upload the file. I have not had this problem in other forums.

What's the format of your file?  Is it jpg?

I upload my image to photobucket.
It is really easy to create an account.
After the image is in your album use the email & IM link for your avatar.
My avatar disappeared a few days ago and I think that is what I did.
