Well, it is considered Lashon Hara regardless. And an implication is not any reason to make the blanket claim that he is. A person is considered innocent unless there are two witnesses. I have no idea whether he is or not and can care less.

My fast was not so bad. Didnt get hungry, but got a bit thirsty...

I am not one to judge whether it is... Technically anyone who spreads the story is guilty of it...

It is very hard to keep clean from this aveirah. I think we are all a little caught up in relating stories which reflect badly on our brothers. But it is true that there is a level where if I person can be considered an EVIL ONE, then it is ok to say things about them.

I think the real question becomes what does a person have to do to be considered a RASHA? Maybe someone with a little more halachic knowledge could comment on what constitutes an EVIL ONE.

My comment on the issue:

It is not surprising that the Jews will be blamed for the war. We are blamed for everything anyway. I would not put it past the Russians to try to use this to bolster antisemitism in Russia. I agree with those who advise Russian Jewery to make Aliyah. But we know that there are problems with Russians making aliyah to Israel. So many false Jews get in and they are spreading neo-Nazism in Israel. This is a tough time to be a real Jew in Russia.

Is Georgia a Muslim country or is it a Russian Orthodox Christian country?  I don't know much on this subject but I do know that apparently the Israeli Establisment is using the IDF to train and aid Georgia via weaponry..
