Black culture is built around a few things including laziness and resentment. Rap is one of the laziest forms of music.
One of the earliest rap songs was "Rapper's Delight" which had the following lyrics:
I said a hip, hop, the hippie, the hippie,
to the hip-hip hop, ah you don’t stop
the rock it to the bang bang boogie, say
up jump the boogie,
to the rhythm of the boogie, the beat.
It doesn't exactly take any brains to come up with that bullcrap.
They resent the fact that they don't achieve the same as whites, and so they resent white society and blame their own failures on racism. The really nasty rap emerges from this because they have so much hatred and they think rap gives them an outlet for that hatred.
