Croatia should remove all the consequences from the civil war in Croatia which was started by the Croatian government in 1990 - when Tudjman had removed the state federal status of the Krajina Serbs and converted them (unconstitutionality) in a national minority.

Croatia should be again a bi-national state like before 1990!
