the first annual JTF fundraiser

Bizrat Hashem it will be very soon, there will be fliers put up in many places. Chaim will give a speech, and the money we collect will go to the Great movement in Israel.

ITS TIME TO TAKE ACTION!

WHO IS WILLING TO PARTICIPATE?

Count me in.  I have never been to New York and it would be an honor to be meet the great Chaim and so many other of the wonderful JTF members.  Maybe you could all give help in my spelling and posting the right article with the right subject. O0

I would assume you want Chaim to give a talk where those who attend pay  at least $50 to enter (all money  goes to JTF after expenses).  I assume it will be in a hall of some sort in the NYC area and will take place right before or right after the High Holidays.  Again I am only making assumptions because few specifics were given by the thread originator.

we need to make this in a Schull. we dont have much of the further details yet.

A fundraiser is a lot of work. And $50 may be difficult for our younger members. Maybe we should start out with something easier like a simple speaking engagement which we tape for liveleak and flix, and possibly Torahanytime. If it works out well, then perhaps we can progress to something better at the next event.
