"You may call me paranoid, but paranoid Jews live longer."  Rabbi Kahane (z"l) used to say that, and I think that there is no doubt about this.  Had the Jews of Poland been a little more paranoid about their situation, and a little less paranoid about Jabotinsky, perhaps they could have saved themselves.

My friends, I sense a storm coming.  I see anti-Semitism everywhere.  To me, this election amounts to a referendum on the Gentile's opinion of the Jew.  It is as clear cut as that.  Should Obama win (G-d forbid), it will confirm to me that the Jew has no place in the Gentile world.  We tend to think that Obama supporters are just stupid.  No they're not stupid.  They hate the Jews. They know perfectly well what he stands for, and they will vote for him because they stand for the same thing.

Rabbi Kahane said (correctly) that the holocaust did not happen because Germans are different (they are not different).  It happened because there was a terrible economic collapse.  And people lost not only their jobs, they lost hope.  And people who lose hope will follow anybody who offers them hope.

What is Obama for?  He claims to be for change.  And for hope.  And the economy is in terrible shape.

Please, please, please, do not believe anyone who tells you that it cannot happen here.  If G-d forbid Obama wins, it may very well happen here.

Go to Israel while you still can.

Shalom,

I fully support the increasing of Aliyah. But I dont see an imminent Holocaust happening if Obama wins. This is America, and even the president is not able to alter the course of the country without political support. There are checks and balances and the presidents power is generally not absolute.

I understand this sentiment though and I daven to Hashem daily for him to protect us from any evil plans.

You shall make yourself the Festival of Sukkoth for seven days, when you gather in [the produce] from your threshing floor and your vat.And you shall rejoice in your Festival-you, and your son, and your daughter, and your manservant, and your maidservant, and the Levite, and the stranger, and the orphan, and the widow, who are within your cities
Duet 16:13-14

I think America won't go that way unless the demographics drastically change.  If tons of poor, anti-Semitic South Americans, Africans and Muslims come to the US under Obama, it's a really dangerous situation.  We know how Muslims and Africans view Jews and many South Americans who are coming here are much more friendly to socialist and communist ideals than previous waves of immigration.  Many South American countries invited Nazi war criminals after WW2 even after the holocaust was fully in plain view of the world.

Among whites, those who turn away from religion, are more likely to buy the communist solution to America's problems.  The left has also embraced the Fakestinian cause too.

After reading that the Christian Nigerians and Kenyans have such a positive view of America and Israel, I think I have to retract the part about (Christian) Africa.

Anti-Semitic attacks however are likely to increase under his administration. It will become more dangerous under his administration.

No the president's power is not absolute.  But neither was the chancellor's power in Germany absolute, always.  Hitler (ym"sh) was democratically elected.  I don't think that Obama is another Hitler, but he will make it much easier for the Hitlers of the world to do what they want to do.  With the Hitler of iran, who openly tells the world that he will destroy the Jews, Obama will tacitly indicate that the Jews don't matter.  What will happen with all of those Jew haters in the states who are craving authoritative support to go on a murderous rampage?

I don't know whether there will be another holocaust if G-d forbid Obama wins.  But I don't want to wait until the knife is at my throat before I protect my family.  Things deteriorated very quickly in Germany.  It took six years from the time Hitler was elected to the beginning of the war.  By then, it was too late for Jews to get out.

If this election goes bad, let's not wait to leave.
