Feith: Serbia in EU only if recognize EULEX



The EU high representative in Kosovo Pieter Feith said yesterday that it should be made clear to Serbia that it can make no progress in European integration processes ‘if it continues making problems in deployment of the EU mission’.

He announced this week visit to Pristina by the EU enlargement commissioner Olli Rehn as a support to Kosovo since the visit shall be paid the same day when the UN General Assembly is to vote on the Serbia’s initiative that the International Court of Justice gives its opinion over legality of the unilaterally proclaimed independence of Kosovo.
Feith said about Serbia’s initiative to be its ‘legitimate right’, which, however ‘is not helpful in the present circumstances.

These statements came from the official representative of illegal occupying EU forces called "EULEX".EULEX doesn't have the approval of the UN Security Council,so it is absolutely illegal foreign force.

His statements clarifies that Serbia must recognize or silently agree on the occupation of Kosovo&Metohia if it Serbia wants to join this "Forth Reich".

Our pagan liberal Government will do everything that EU orders it,so I think that Peter Faith won't have any more problems.

Its unfortunate that people like him are in positions of authority.

His anti Serb/Pro albanian rhetoric is well known and nothing new.
His comments are personal and have no bearing on reality or the legality of the situation.

His country has shown on virtually all occasions its contempt and disrespect for Serbia.

The reality is clear.
EULEX has no right to be in Kosovo without a UN approval.
Serbia is under no "Legal" obligation to comply with the EULEX.
And recognition of Kosovos illegal independence is not a criteria for EU candidacy. Otherwise Spain, Romania Slovakia, Cyprus, Greece and Portugal would all have to be excluded.

I think it would be better for Serbs to ignore any comments made by this moron, and not give it any kind of credibility.

We need to be far more aggressive towards Kosovo and the EU

The ICJ is a good step, but we need to take things further.
Sue every country that has recognized the illegal occupation.
Blockade the albanian part of kosovo, stop all trade and supply of gas and electricity.
Create a parallel infrastructure in the north and create instability throughout the province and to make it impossible to function as an albanian entity.
Put the military option back on the table.
Strengthen our ties with Russia.
