What does it mean "beneficial"?  If these companies have policies that prevent harrassment towards gays in the workplace, I think that's actually a good thing.  If gays somehow get preferential treatment, I'm opposed to it.

What does it mean "beneficial"?  If these companies have policies that prevent harrassment towards gays in the workplace, I think that's actually a good thing.  If gays somehow get preferential treatment, I'm opposed to it.

Nobody should be harassed when they go to work but it often works not to prevent harassment but to give them preferential treatment and affirmative-action advantages.

These corporations force their employees to go to "sensitivity" training programs and other educational programs to condone the fag behavior.

I am against any haressment of employes. The straight way is not to employ this viper brood.

It makes no sense to bully this type of creatures in your company, because this hurts your livelihood.
