Who do you like the most for 2012?

I guess while we are on the subject..it is obviously too soon to tell.
If someone says something bad about you, say something nice about them. That way, both of you would be lying.

You said it yourself Dr. Dan, it is too soon to tell. But if all goes smooth for Palin, than she would be the best choice. Tell me in 2011.

Way too soon, but I do like Booby Jindal.  But who knows if he'll even run or if he'll even be worth a nickel come 2012.

He's very articulate and is the youngest Gov. in the union today.  I could say more, but who needs to.  Experience and credentials have gone out the window following this election. ;D

Americans like a good looking person who gives a sense of hope...especially in times like these..that's why obama won..people think he's good looking and he's good at speaking. McCain represented Bush policies and the past generation..shows how much respect americans have for older people...so sad.

I voted for Palin.  But that's under the condition she starts preparing herself now.  She needs to become more knowledgeable and savvy about the federal government and international affairs. People perceived her as ignorant, including me at times.

I looked into Jindal. He is definetly a true conservative issue wise. He is young, he is a good speaker. He handled himself well during the last hurricane. He has many positives but 2012 is 4 years away, a lot of things can happen, not always good. My main concern is his voting record. Not his yea or nay votes, he has them right and has high ratings from all the Conservative groups and low ratings from all the Liberal groups. My main concern is he has a large amount of "Not Voting" on his record. I am just curious as to why. If there is a legitamite explanation for this I like this guy, if not, it worries me.
Palin also a top runner but she will be in for a four year long media crucifixion, how will she come out of it?
The more succsesful Huckabee gets on TV, book publishing, etc. the less fire he will have to run again.
Giuliani is good for NY, Mayor, Govenour, Senator? but he will never win anything nationally.
Then there is always the wild card. Who?

I like Palin, and I also like Jindal.  After doing research on him, he would be excellent.
Very intelligent and well educated.  It will be more difficult for the media to do to him what they have done to Palin.

Though it is far too early, Bobby Jindal is my pick as of now.

Shouldn't Romney be listed as well?  He or Palin would be good choices.

Michael Medved said he think Obama will win in 2012 and then Bobby Jindal in 2016.  I don't think I could take 8 years of Obamarama.

Dr. Dan,

Obviously, everyone has their favorites among possible contenders.  I personally like Guiliani the best.  He cleaned up New York City, and saw the Islamic Threat for what it was long before any other major politician.  I know a lot of conservatives question his views on social issues, but on national security (with the exception of immigration) he's probably the most clear-eyed politician out there.  He would probably have to pick a "red state" conservative as his running mate, someone like Sarah Palin or a southerner.  I think that in the event of serious national security problems, like the kind we'll probably be looking at after the current crop of idiots allows Iran to get the bomb, Guiliani will be the best man for the job.

Sorry, I was just referring to the post where Michael Medved had predicted Obama would get eight years in.

With the MSM covering for him 24/7, he'll be able to do no wrong. So unless he does something 'off the charts' evil, two terms is quite feasible.
