In Memory Of Rabbi Meir Kahane - He feared only the Creator
« on: November 18, 2008, 03:37:02 PM »
From Artuz Sheva Israel National News:

http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/128442

(IsraelNN.com) A series of events were held in Israel to remember Rabbi Meir Kahane and his son Binyamin Zeev, both murdered by Muslim terrorists. Attendees pledged to work to continue to spread their teachings.

Events held in memory of the controversial right-wing ideologue Rabbi Meir Kahane and his son Rabbi Binyamin Zeev included a concert and Melave Malka in Kfar Tapuach, the home of Binyamin, and the annual memorial in Jerusalem at Rabbi Kahane’s yeshiva, Ohr HaRa'ayon. Speakers and attendees vowed to continue on Rabbi Kahane’s path and work to force the enemies of the Jewish people out of the land of Israel.

Rabbi Meir Kahane was assassinated in New York by a member of a jihadist cell later linked to the 1993 World Trade Center bombing on 17 Cheshvan 5751 (November 5, 1990). On 5 Tevet 5761 (December 31, 2000) Rabbi Binyamin Kahane and his wife Talya were murdered by Palestinian Authority terrorists in their van as they were driving with their children from Jerusalem to their home.
You shall make yourself the Festival of Sukkoth for seven days, when you gather in [the produce] from your threshing floor and your vat.And you shall rejoice in your Festival-you, and your son, and your daughter, and your manservant, and your maidservant, and the Levite, and the stranger, and the orphan, and the widow, who are within your cities
Duet 16:13-14

Hated by some. Loved by some. Respected by all. Loved by God.
