Obama will make many private enterprises part of the public system.  In this respect, his plans for the health care system is the most troubling of all.  Once the health care system becomes government run, it will never be privatised again.  You will see a very sharp decline in available services (particularly for the elderly), and there will be also a decline in the quality of care.
