I think I've read where some think Yigal Amir did murder Rabin, and others know he didn't, but to settle the issue once and for all - especially since everybody agrees Shimon Peres is no good - an independent commission needs to reopen the Rabin file in the pursuit of justice that has been too long delayed.

I think Trumpeldor was trying to say that the JTF doesn't care that Rabin died because they wanted him dead in the first place.  In the 90s Chaim called for the death of Rabin many times.

There was also a rabbi here is Brooklyn, Rabbi (Abraham?) Hecht, he qoutes Rambam and stated that Rabin is a rodef. This was a week before Rabin was killed. He was removed from his position in his shul.
