Jessica Simpson could actually be good looking. She just needs to darken up her hair a bit. That shade of blonde is totally tacky on her. And she needs more natural looking makeup, and some modest clothing.

And yes he most probably is. I did not watch the video you posted for the very reason stated above, but I recall the day he unveiled joe biden as his running mate. he was completely drugged-out and incoherent. biden wasn't all there either.
hussein actually introduced biden as the next president instead of vp, not to mention his other flubbing around.
he knows he can get away with anything.
