It is a really good bottle according to Johnson. It was a bargain offer because the store listed it out. I paid only a small ammount of money, otherwise I wouldn't have bought it.
This is my oppinion:
It tastes similiar to a good Spanish Cava. The price, even the reduced is not justified. It is not bad at all, but the Spanish sparkling wines that are manufactured in the same way are equal or even a little bit better. But the price of the Spanish products is only the half to a third.
I think Champagne lives only from the legend.
Are there Israeli sparkeling wines that are manufactured in the traditional method of bottle fermantation?
