And if not, what kind of help do they offer to non-jew.

Chabbad will help anybody with everything. Chabad is open to anyone. Chabbad recruits many people. Lubavitch was a town in Russia, I believe. I'm not a Lubavitcher, but I know a lot about it so PM me if you need anything.

Chabad-Lubavitch is the Hasidic group that runs these Chabad houses. The word Chabad itself is simply an acronym.

They open up Chabad houses in different countries in order to look after Jews who are staying there. This is a vital service. They supply Jews with Kosher food, there is a Rabbi there for any Jew who seeks guidance, Torah classes, they give Jews all kinds of Judaica items, basically they help Jews in every way possible.

I want that DVD, but i'm in India and dont think they will ship it to India. Also i do find Hebrew learning DVD's here in India, but i think they are more of scam products.

Chabad is a religious movement. They help Jews to keep or return to the Torah and also give Charity. They also promote the Noachide observance among non-Jews. They provide help to those in need and surely if a non-Jew needs to be fed or helped they would assist him. But learning Hebrew is not a need for a Gentile neither it's got to do with religion. I don't know if some Chabad Houses teach Hebrew to Jews in order they can study Torah. But certainly a non-Jew who wants to learn just for education should try elsewhere.

Just an advice, if you learn Hebrew (no matter why) beware of Messianic Jews and other cults who falsely claim to be Jewish, provide Hebrew courses but try to convert you to their non-Jewish non- Christian confused fake cult. Their Hebrew grammar is also distorted to prove their beliefs.
Better learn with a secular course provided either by Jews or non-religious orgs.
