I was thinking the same thing.  Put the real thing makes me nauseous, so just put that one up.  It also makes him look a lot tougher than he is.  A video on youtube said his body is the worst type:  skinny fat.  He has no muscle mass whatsoever, but his smoking keeps him thin enough that the fat he does have could be mistaken, VIA PHOTOSHOP and LEFTARDED photographers, as quasi-muscles.
