New Israeli Constitution
« on: March 08, 2009, 03:19:17 AM »
My friends were sending this around. What do you guys think of this as a platform for the state of Israel, and a set of demands from the freedom fighters for Israel? I personally have a problem with some of it. But please read it and let me know what you think.

1. We demand the entire land and territory to feed our people and to settle surplus population.

2. Only members of the nation may be citizens of the state. Only Jews and non-Jews supportive of Zionism may be members of the nation. Non-citizens may live in Israel only as guests and must be subject to laws for aliens. Accordingly, no Arab, Non-Jewish Black or homosexual may be a member of the nation.

3. The right to vote on the State government and legislation shall be enjoyed by citizens of the state alone.

4. We therefore demand that all official appointments, of whatever kind, whether in the nation, in the states or in smaller localities, shall be held by none but citizens.

4. We demand that the State shall make it its primary duty to provide a livelihood for its citizens. If it should prove impossible to feed the entire population, foreign nationals (non-citizens) will be deported.

5. All non-Jewish immigration must be prevented. We demand that all non-Jews or those supporting our cause currently residing in Our land be required to leave the nation forthwith and return to their land of origin: peacefully or by force.

6. All citizens shall have equal rights and duties, regardless of class or station.

11. The prohibition of pro-marxist unions

13. The creation of a livable wage for all Jews;

14. The restructuring of social security and welfare to include drug testing for welfare recipients;

15. The immediate discontinuation of all taxes on things of life's necessity, such as food, clothing, shelter, medicine etc.:

16. The replacement of the current tax system with a flat-rate tax based on income.

17. We demand the treasonable system of health care be completely revolutionized.

18. We demand a land reform suitable to our national requirements, that shall be twofold in nature:

19. The primary land reform will be to ensure all members of the nation receive affordable housing. The party as such stands explicitly for private property.

20. We demand the ruthless prosecution of those whose activities are injurious to the common interest. Murderers, rapists, pedophiles, drug dealers, usurers, profiteers, race traitors, etc. must be severely punished.

21. We demand that Jewish law be obeyed.

22. The state must consider a thorough reconstruction of our national system of education with the aim of opening up to every able and hardworking Jew the possibility of higher education and of thus obtaining advancement.

23. The curricula of all educational establishments must be brought into line with the requirements of practical life.

24.The aim of the school must be to give the pupil, beginning with the first sign of intelligence, a grasp of the religion, state of the nation through the study of civic affairs.

25. By prohibiting abortion and euthanasia, except in cases of rape, incest, race-mixing, religious-mixing or mental retardation

26. By prohibiting child labor and ending the rudiments of child abuse, alcoholism, and drug addiction.

27. By creating conditions to make possible the reestablishment of the nuclear family in which the father works while the mother stays at home and takes care of the children if they so choose.

28. We demand the right to bear arms for law-abiding citizens.

29. We demand the abolition of the mercenary army, the end to the over-use of our military as a 'Meals-on-Wheels' program in foreign lands of no vital interest to our nation; and the formation of a true national service for the defense of our race, religion and nation. One that excludes: non-Jews, criminals, and sensitivity training.

30. We demand legal warfare on deliberate political mendacity and its dissemination in the press. To facilitate the creation of a national press we demand:

(a) That all editors of and contributors to newspapers appearing in the Hebrew language must be members of the nation;

(b) That no non-Jewish newspapers may appear without the express permission of the State. They must not be written in the Hebrew language;

(c) That non-Zionists shall be prohibited by law from participating financially in or influencing Jewish newspapers, and that the penalty for contravening such a law shall be the suppression of any such newspapers, and the immediate deportation of the non-Zionists involved.

31. We demand absolute religious freedom for all non-Jewish Zionists in the State, provided they do not threaten its existence nor offend the moral feelings of the Jewish citizens. The Party combats the Muslim-war spirit within and without us, and is convinced that our nation can achieve permanent health only from within on the basis of the principle: The common good before self-interest.

32. To put the whole program into effect, we demand the creation of a strong central national government for the nation; the unconditional authority of the political central parliament over the entire nation and its organizations; and the formation of committees for the purpose of carrying out the general legislation passed by the nation.

I think you should ask Chaim about this plan on this weeks Ask-JTF.

Please post it here: http://jtf.org/forum_english/index.php/topic,32478.0.html

I personally think some points are great others are not. But I don't want to judge, because it is a core Jewish issue.

This so called moshe the zionist is a true Bolshevik  he just made a fool of himself look here

Quote

And then here he states

Quote
5. All non-Jewish immigration must be prevented. We demand that all non-Jews or those supporting our cause currently residing in Our land be required to leave the nation forthwith and return to their land of origin: peacefully or by forc

So we see this is not thought out properly or is a joke
Thy destroyers and they that make thee waste shall go forth of thee.  Isaiah 49:17

That is a rather quick judgment for you to make about me. It is not a mistake in the document, it is a mistake because I have the hard copy. It was sent to a friend's e-mail, he printed it out, and I typed it up here. Sorry for the TYPO.

"5. All non-Jewish immigration must be prevented. We demand that all non-Jews or those supporting our cause currently residing in Our land be required to leave the nation forthwith and return to their land of origin: peacefully or by force."

It should say

"5. All non-Jewish immigration must be prevented. We demand that all non-Jews not supporting our cause currently residing in Our land be required to leave the nation forthwith and return to their land of origin: peacefully or by force."

The reason all non-Jewish immigration is prohibited, is to prevent more non-Jews from coming. But those already living there who support Zionism can remain, provided they do not conflict with the other rulings.

"freedom fighters for Israel"? Isn't that how the Shabak provocateurs named themselves in their threat to bomb American embassies ?

Anyway this lists isn't even drafted as a constitution, it list a mish-mash list of 'demads'. Their 30th 'demand, I find especially Bolshevist.

Dear Zelhar, this is not the only point in this list I consider bolschewist.

I think Moshe is no religious Jew. The list looks like the programm of a socialist party. :o

I think Moshe should ask Chaim about it on this weeks ask-JTF.

Well, I'm capitalist. However, why should we be competitive with one another in a nation of Jews? The Torah teaches us to share what we have with other Jews: does it not? In a nation of Jews, equality must be a #1 goal. And no, I'm not advocating socialism. But at least things like fair wages and all, aye?

But what do you guys think about the laws about "who is a citizen" and all.

Are you Israeli ? Because I think in Israel it is 'racist' and illegal to suggest such a law. Personally I think non-Jews can be full citizens of Israel.
