In any case, I am an independent filmmaker living in Texas. I also am a dual American/Israeli citizen...(Longing to return to Israel) who is just now learning about the JTF. For years I have been a supporter of the Likud...to some extent the NRP and Moledet as well. I have become a Zionist in every respect and now support anyone and anything that supports a Greater Israel as defined by the Bible.
I highly respect people like Ari Fleischer, Ari Abramowitz and Jeremy Gimpel over at Arutz Sheva and listen to them often. I am a huge proponent of Aliyah.
However, of late and ever since Jews were expelled from Gaza I have been extremely dissatisfied with the Israeli leadership. I have felt that it is incredibly innefective. They make Jews look weak and the Arab enemy invincible...and this is more the case when the media outlets around the world pander to the Israeli left and to the Arab nationalist interests.
I think overall, what I have seen of the JTF I agree with. I think that the organization could definitely benefit from some more media savvy people who know how the American and English speaking media works in particular. There is a most definite media war and Israel loses more often than not. The JTF definitely has a somewhat negative image and I think that could be reversed.
