I love McDonalds and Burger King. There is a fish from Holland which is called Kibbling I think. It's also very tasty. Vanille Vla is also great.

Who said you have to eat it in one bite? Why not just place the whole thing in a blender and mix it up into a liquid and then you can drink it...

I think that there are some kosher ones around. Subway has some Glatt Kosher stores in NY

You guys, don't even think of getting yourselves addicted to fast food! The trans fats they use to fry the foods at very high temperatures are terrible for you. And no doubt, they use that same oil over and over again. Then there's the issue of the buns, which are nothing but processed white flour, sugar and other additives to extend the shelf life.

If you're going to crave heavy foods, at least find a restaurant that makes food from scratch and doesn't use trans fats. Portion size is also important.

On the other hand, I'm really not one to talk, since I've been pigging out lately due to stress.

It's not saturated fat that's terrible, but trans (hydrogenated) fat.

Trans fat is literally like eating food fried in vaseline. It's awful. But I am a fan of animal fats (butter and bacon grease). In terms of the "good" fats olive oil is by far the best and tastiest.

Seeing the people that work in the kitchens of such places should be enough to turn most people off to fast food.
