That photo was in color or is that a re-make of some older photo?

It is a photographic frame from a colorized film dating back to April 1941 which was filmed in Pancevo, Serbia.

Serbia was militarily occupied by Hitler's Wermacht and SS who did the filming.

The German Nazi imposed law in Serbia was that for every single German officer killed, 100 Serbs would be hung or shot.

The hangings and shootings would be done in the main Public Squares in the major cities, towns and villages in order to extract the maximum possible terror from the Serbian civilian population.

 After all that, Croatians didn't do the ethnic cleansing, right? They just ordered to Serbs and "ZIDOVI" (which is bad name for Jews) to leave certain area of Zagreb!
 When Serbs told Albanians to leave Kosovo, they were judged for ethic cleansing and war criminality! Where is justice?
