I think Serbs are no less normal than the other civilized nations.

Some Serbs like to much money...

Every nation has such people..

Sounds like they exerted powerful pressure on him during private meetings, and then when he had to give in, they were telling him "good boy"..

Milosevic was not that kind of guy who allowed to be pressured.
He was more pressured in 1999 during the Kosovo crises and he did not listen at all to NATO.

In 1991 he simply did not know want he want.
On the other hand Milosevic promised the surrender of Krajina to Croatian authorities during the so called Karadjordjeva meeting in 1992.  That’s why he was president of Serbia during the 90s. He was needed in Belgrade till the moment when Croatians hoist up the Croatian flag in Knin…
That was a dark moment for us all!!!!!

Why did he promise Croatians to surrender the Krajina? Why did he need it? What did he get in return for the surrender?

Milosevic did not care about Krajina. He rather wanted to divide Bosnia with Tudjman, Croatian president. He also intended to populate the Krajina Serbs on Kosovo, in order to change the demography to Serbian advantage. When Krajina Serbs fled towards Republic of Serbia, Milosevic ordered to close the Serbia’s borders. Krajina Serbs were directed towards Kosovo. This was an undoubtedly sick move of Milosevic and this sick scenario did not work.

The collapse of R.S. Krajina was a result of two evil regimes, Zagreb and Belgrade…

Milosevic betrayed his people many times in more ways than one.
