Cool Beta fish (Video)

I'm starting to get the itch to buy really neat,  small fish tank, with a light, a pump etc, and put a really cool looking  beta fish in there, one like the fish in this video.  But I had a tank years ago, but the fish got cotton mouth, and  it turned me off to keeping fish as pets ever since.  I'm not sure if I want to get started again.  But this video kinda makes me wanna get one.

That kind of fish is pretty. I don't think you're supposed to put more than one in at a time though.

If you had a carbon filter and it got sick then did you change the water often?
We're talking about a tiny space.
