At least we now have a chance of a recall election. Thompson would have been even worse.

What is there to recall? Any white person still living in the city should be jumping for joy. Thompson would have been another replay of the fine Dinkins administration. One washroom attendant mayor was just about enough to show what blacks in positions like that are able to accomplish....

   I don't care what race the Mayor is as long as it is a good one. I would take a good black mayor who cares about the city over Bloomberg any day. Of course that does not mean trash like Thompson.
