If I am not mistaken, even if my state was fully religious, the 4 ways of death penalty- Beheading, suffocation, burning and stoning to death, would not apply.
As far as I know, on some part of our history they decided to let God handle it by natural ways of death.
Indeed I think that there would still be a death penalty, I just dont know what way exactly, maybe a head shot XD

I think a befitting type of execution for nazi muslims would be to shoot them in the back of the head with bullets made from pig's bones.
