That's Rabbi Kahane's solution to the problem.

It is not a comprehensive one, as if all jews re-located to israel, we would be too ready a target for the vermin of humanity like ahmadinejad. One nuke and we would all be eliminated. The fact that we are dispersed has saved us more than once...

The exile is the main cause of our problems. As for Admadinejad, a strong Israeli government would be able to take care of him.

If not that filth, then someone else. We are only 15 million, but to be honest, if all of use were in israel the country would be overwhelmed. I doubt that there is enough arable land to feed 15 million people healthily, at least food of good quality.

You with very little faith. Do you know what the Jews can do for the land of Israel? Look at Israel today! It would be a desert if not for the Jewish presence in the land. Jews can make Israel flourish, the promise is made by Hashem himself in our Torah. If you are really a Jew I would recommend you pick up a Chumash and start to read it each week.
The problem which you have is that you need proof that Hashem has providence over the Jewish people, and each and every Jew. There is really nothing to fear because in every case, in history, those who rose to kill us were defeated. There may be trials and tribulations but the promise that Hashem made to the Jewish people, through the covenant of Abraham, is that Hashem will never leave us and his love for the Jewish people will be forever and ever.
All it takes is for you, and other Jews who are far away from Hashem to turn toward him and give him some credit. Appreciate that Hashem has brought you to this day. Having appreciation is one of the important traits of a Jew and is why we say so many blessings. I hope that you have not closed your mind to the idea that Hashem is really with us.

With respect, I am alot further than that - I am not even of the certain belief that there is a "G-d" as described in judiasm.
As for "saving us", after losing 1/3 of all jews worldwide in 1940-1945, I would have to question your statement in a strong way. If anything else, the existence of the Holocaust furthers me from judaism - what kind of benevolent "G-d" would allow 1.5 million children under age 12 to be murdered?
The longer I studied the Holocaust, which I did in depth for over 10 years, the further from Judaism it drove me.

Then you must know nothing of Judaism... The Holocaust is only the tip of the iceberg of the tribulations the Jewish people went through. Our very formation came from the terrible pit of Slavery in Egypt. We were oppressed for over 200 years as slaves with unbearable work and we awaited the exodus which occured with great miracles. But also many Jews who didn't hearken to the call to leave were left behind and died in Egypt.
We have witnessed miracles this day. The formation of Israel itself is a miracle. The six day war was a miracle.. Hashem is good to the people of Israel when we are coming close. Everything happens for a reason and you just dont see the reason.
You dont know me, but my brother was killed in the WTC on 9/11... It was this event which brought me closer to Hashem... There were many survivors of the Nazis who became stronger Jews because of the event. The fact that there is evil in the world is part of the reason for creation. This world is only the corridor to the next world. Each soul is judged according to its deeds... My belief in Hashem grows stronger the more things get difficult...
