Late Saturday night, Democrats narrowly passed what Rush

    Limbaugh has dubbed "The Saturday Night Massacre,"
    legislation that would cost the American public $3
    trillion over the next decade; and would see 90 million
    Americans lose their private insurance...

    and that's just for starters...

    I've just recorded a very special audio update with Ron
    De Jong, Grassfire's Director of Communications that
    focuses on the impact this legislation could have on you
    and your family.


    Some may call me crazy for suggesting that what happened on
    Saturday could be anything but a horrific blow against the
    American people and the very foundation of our nation...

    but I see it differently.

    I see this as a victory because had it not been for you
    and hundreds of thousands of patriots just like you, this
    vote would have happened in late July!

    Intense, mounting pressure from those Obama mockingly refers
    to as "tea bag, anti-government people," pushed this vote four
    additional months, and at a tremendous political toll...

    Nancy Pelosi, Obama, Reid and others threatened, bartered,
    bribed and intimidated all in hopes of garnering enough support...

    ..they may have won this battle, but with your continued
    support, we will win the war!

    Keep in mind that during our last petition delivery to Capitol
    Hill this past Thursday, we represented more than 630,000
    signers, meaning we need slightly more than 100,000 signers
    to reach three-quarters of a million citizens who oppose ObamaCare!

    I am encouraged by what took place on Saturday, and I'm
    actually excited for the future of our nation. With your help
    in the days and weeks ahead, we most certainly will win this battle.

That's what I heard but they keep changing the rules .

From 1 year prison and 25,000 dollar fine up to 5 yrs. prison and 250,000 dollar fine for what they call willful  non-compliance.

As I understand if you do not maintain coverage at any point in the year you can be charged. This will overseen by the IRS. They have also set prices for coverage... 15,000 dollars minimum per year for family coverage.

This is all from my understanding, I do not know 100% for sure.
