I think the admins and Chaim choose the moderators so you might be able to ask some of them what they think about it.

Sometimes it's difficult though like when there are spam attacks. I've actually had to put up a piece of paper and cover half the screen and leave the delete button uncovered so I could delete a bunch of porn posts without having to look at them.
