EU Court: Bosnia Discriminates Against Jews, Gypsies

The European Human Rights Court ruled Tuesday that Jews and Gypsies were being unfairly discriminated against in Bosnia, where they are not allowed to run for parliamentary office. Such discrimination is illegal in the EU, the court ruled.

The decision was made in a case brought by two Bosnian politicians, one Jewish and one Gypsy, who tried to run for parliament but were denied the opportunity. The prohibition is based on a section of the Bosnian constitution which gives preference to the "basic nations" in Bosnia – the Serbs, Croatians, and Bosnians. The rule was written into the constitution in order to prevent further outbreaks of civil war in the country.

This has got nothing to do with antisemitism.
That is the Dayton accord which stopped the war in Bosnia. According to that agreement, everything is divided between Serbs, Muslims and Croats, and everything must be in ethnic balance (the so called "ethnic key" which existed in former Yugoslavia). That balance doesn't allow muslims to outvote Serbs and Croats in parliament. Now, they don't like that, so they are using the racism card to bring down the Dayton agreement. Muslims in Bosnia don't give a damn about Jews, who are a tiny minority, they just want proportional voting in Bosnia, so they can rule over us.

Milorad Dodik, prime minister of Serbian part of Bosnia, was the only politician in Europe supporting Israel during the Gaza intervention, while the Bosnian muslims were having an anti Jewish orgy in Sarajevo.
