You don't have to watch it, but it is fun :)

It's also a great example of how Jewish people write great music.

Ruby,

I think it was written by African Americans.  Damn gurl, you need to be given the credit to where it is due!

My fav is Funny Girl, I hate Barbra Streisands stupid left wing mouth, but she sang like an angel, possibly the best star on Broadway next to Ethel Merman:

Here she is with Judy Garland and Merman Garland also one of the greatest entertainers ever:

What a 'coincidence'....

Last week I was thinking about this movie 'Little Shop of Horrors' because I said 'Feed me' and then I remembered the movie and found it on YouTube.... I just think it is so strange that within a week another JTFer thought of the same movie...

Wowie!

You shall make yourself the Festival of Sukkoth for seven days, when you gather in [the produce] from your threshing floor and your vat.And you shall rejoice in your Festival-you, and your son, and your daughter, and your manservant, and your maidservant, and the Levite, and the stranger, and the orphan, and the widow, who are within your cities
Duet 16:13-14

I used to watch this movie over and over again with one of my friends when I was 11 or 12.

I looked it up because I started remembering the Suddenly Seymour song and that made me laugh so I had to go look it up then I realized the whole movie was up there.

I LOVE this scene:

"They have to do that to remove the jaw... consider yourself very, very lucky!"

"Does, uh, THAT, have an appointment?"

"I'm sure I need a long, slow root canal"

"She can't really see who you are but she knows, she knows the sound of your voice, and if you tell her where it is the problem, she eventually works her way back and she finds the trouble and she does it"

 :::D :::D :laugh: :laugh:
