If it is not good enough that New Jersey has to deny it's own citizens their second amendment rights, they also want to force other states to.

Just to clarify, this is not the state of NJ forcing their laws on other states, it is a US Senator from NJ, therefore part of the federal branch, proposing a federal law that would restrict states' rights and individual constitutional rights in this regard.
