I would have said nothing except that when I registered, I had to sign a TOS agreement that stated I would not say slanderous or hateful things, and I have not, but look at all of you. How is it that I am supposed to abide by the TOS but none of the rest of you have to? Every time I posted on AsheDina's blog, I did so with the expectation that she would not approve my post. I only wanted her to see it, and she had already blocked my emails so I could not send anything directly to her.

I am a dedicated follower of the Chofetz Chaim, and try every day to learn moderation. I have only brought out to AsheDina and the rest of your that your lashon hara is completely against the torah. And the only question I have wanted answered is "who is your rabbi, and does he know that you are spreading hate against other Jews, including now Talmud Hochamim?" If any of you will answer this question, I will stop writing to you altogether, and simply ask him the shylah. 

If you think that this is unreasonable, then tell me where in halacha you have your justification.

When I said "I assure you that here on this forum we do not take our hashkafa (or halacha for that matter) from Rabbi Riskin, with all due respect,"    I did not speak any lashon hara, I simply stated a fact.   Granted I can't speak for everyone on the forum, but generally my statement is true at least for the most part.    Did you not notice the part that said with all due respect ?  There is nothing wrong with stating that we take our hashkafa from certain rabbis and not from others.  The hashkafa on this website is mostly inspired by Rabbi Kahane ZT"L and that is pretty much shared across the board for our Jewish members and even for non Jewish members believe it or not!   So there is no lashon hara involved.

Secondly, many of our members live in Eretz Yisrael in all types of places including yishuvim in Judea and Samaria, so why would you doubt any of us could/would live in Efrat?  Don't be silly.  We also have a Hebrew speaking forum where our members are Israelis living in many places.

I also never made any comment other than the fact that we don't necessarily take Rabbi Riskins opinion to be the correct opinion. As KWRBT pointed out previously we at JTF look to the Jewish idea of Rabbi Kahane Ztl for our philosophy.

Some people here do say things which may cross the bounds of decency... But I often point out to people when they have crossed the line.

If you are sincere in your attempts to follow the Chofetz Chaims laws concerning Lashon Hara then this is a meritorious thing. I would hope that your only purpose in coming to JTF is to make a good example of yourself that you are able to rebuke lovingly.
