F16block70 better than f16 sufa

I was wondering why hasnt israel orderd these planes .Block 70 has got some features of f35.They were offered to india but we chose mig35(with western avionics).Since saudi arabia are buying typhoon israel should consider buying new f16.Here is the image of f16 block 70
