   Remember Lionel Tate., OJ Simpson, even Van Der Sloot. This is an interesting situation. If this scum stays clean and commits no felonies while in custody before his 21st birthday he goes free, otherwise he gets life in prison without the possibility of parole. If the judge let him out now under those conditions it would only be a matter of months before he violated these conditions, but at what cost to society. Too bad the death penalty is not on the table.

It should read "I am a 12 year old [censored] and I can murder you, legally"  Incorrigible youth from other minority races also get away with murder. A few years back the battle cry from liberals was that a good part of black society was being warehoused in America's prisons so this is why humans have to be subjected to this sort of situation. In my mind this kid killed while trying to committing a robbery it was not some accidental thing... This sort of crime should require capital punishment. The fact that he was 12 years old however might make the argument for cruel and unusual punishment. The thing is the way I see it he should at least stay in jail until he is quite old. By letting him out when he is say around 60 or 70 it will give him plenty of time to look around and see what he missed out on. Its plain to see that liberals have far more compassion for the criminal then they do for the victim. My wish for people like that is that the very creatures they turn loose on society will one day cross their paths in a not so nice way.

The recent Utah execution made me think. If this country can draft a completely innocent American into the military and send him to a place where he has a good chance of getting shot, why is it considered cruel and unusual to use the firing squad against a murderer?

That's because the bullets may miss the target and instead wound the condemned prisoner in the fracas.

Once a prisoner has been shot in the fracas, the law demands he or she be nursed back to health and then shot all over again.
