It's really not so difficult to understand--

Marxism believes in International Socialism based on the proletariat working class, irrespective of race or national origins.
 
Nazism is National Socialism; believing in only a national socialist entity based entirely on racially superior blood lines.

Other than those differences, their ideologies and goals are remarkably similar.
