Can you explain this message?  Was this something Incongnito wrote on his blog? 

Anyway, I'm glad Incognomoron is gone.  I just hope his site doesn't go back up somewhere else.

Perhaps you're thinking of Rob Stark?  I don't think he's Incogman.  The writing styles are completely different.
