Peace Now Secretary General Yariv Oppenheimer filed a complaint with the police on Tuesday evening against Dr. Mor Altshuler, claiming she slapped him in the corridors of the Channel 1 television studios, Army Radio reported.
According to Oppenheimer, a heated debate took place between him and Altshuler, who is a veteran researcher known for her right-wing views, before they entered the studio for an interview on the Politica television program in which they were both scheduled to take part.
Following the incident, Channel 1 decided to cancel Altshuler’s appearance on the program.
