I looked around a bit and can't find this documented anywhere else... It's a big issue and I can't see it being pushed through like this and not generate an outcry...  Passing the so called "Dream Act" would be a bold step even for this crazy president... Unless I see it reported elsewhere I am going to hold out on hope that this story is false.
