Here in Baltimore this has been all over the news. The guy that punched him in the face has been arrested and they are still looking for the others. St. Patrick's day was insane here. Roving gangs of blacks downtown and drunks of all races all over the place. A recipe for disaster. No excuse for what happened. The white guy appears to be insanely drunk and so does the half naked woman. It actually took place on a major street in downtown Baltimore a few blocks away from city hall.
