Pro Russian oriented in foreign policy, a close Putin's doctrine of governance and the fight against corruption! It advocates for closer cooperation among Orthodox countries and close cooperation in the field of defense with Russia and Belarus.
Also see opportunity in closer economic cooperation with the BRIC countries. Attitudes regarding Middle East are that Israel has the inalienable right to defend its borders and protect own citizens. He condemned the attempted landing of Turkish "humanitarians" in Gaza! He rejects the idea of Serbia's membership in NATO! Towards EU membership has an ambivalent attitude.
