"It was a political march." "Those who protested are extremists" "Jews should be embarrassed of those who protested." "Democracies by definition should enjoy freedom of expression."
These are the talking points of liberal Jews who somehow are the editors of Jewish publications. They are so confused.
Meanwhile, they most likely think Kach should be banned. But if Israel is a democracy, a gay march should be allowed in Jerusalem while Kach should be banned? Kach is a political party just like supporters of the march clam it was a political march--though I disagree with them.
So they think those who are against a gay march in Jerusalem don't deserve the same freedom of expression.
