What did you think of the idea to partially privatize it?

Privatising a trading body that a gov't owns like a power company is one thing. Privatising a gov't service like welfare just means that full time civil servents with livable sallaries and health care get replaced by low paid part-timers and the savings go into the pocket of a CEO...probably a foreign one at that.

Are you saying that privatization of it would cause people to lose their jobs?

It was from 2005.  I'll post an article about it later.
