I wanted to start this thread for everyone out there in the Hurricane area to at least check in so the rest of us know you are doing ok and are safe...add any comments you want...

I've been worried sick about youz all out there......

I know u are a tough bunch, and Ive got people on Long Island I know also...so you see, i am worried...and love you all...

I wanted to start a thread like this....... didn't do it yet

I am waterfront on the East Coast.... directly on one of the ICWs a mile or so upstream from Ossabaw Sound on the Atlantic Ocean......  Savannah, GA

We were virtually unaffected.... slightly higher tide and about 30mph winds. My dock rose up pretty high but had the boat secured very well so no damage.... We have had MUCH worse.

The only damage was a pool full of leaves and spanish moss..... clogged up one of the filters, no big deal.

I am so thankful we were spared. I am so sad for the ones that were affected.

Is there anything we (or I) can do specifically for fellow JTF members?

I pray for the safety and comfort of all those affected, especially fellow members. You guys are great people.
